How has your program/major prepared you for a future career?

I feel as though my classes are a safe place for me to share my opinion and ideas. The conversations and discussions that take place in my classes teach me so much beyond the content. I feel like I've grown as a student throughout the various types of classes I've taken.

What activities or organizations have you been/were you involved with at UE? How have these impacted you and your college career?

I am involved in admission ambassadors and Alpha Omicron Pi on campus. In addition to this I have been involved in psychological research and currently work as a tutor at the Writing Center on campus. Being an admission ambassador, I get the unique opportunity to share with students why UE means so much to me.

What advice would you share with incoming students?

I would tell students to get involved as much as they can. I've met some of my best friends through activities and organizations on campus. Being involved enhances your college experience in so many ways.

What makes UE a special place?

I feel like what makes UE a special place is the feeling of community that exists on campus. I have a multitude of resources and someone is always willing to help me. At UE, you are not just a number, you are a real person that everyone on campus cares about and wants to see succeed.
